Chapter-1

Introduction on Oil and Gas industry, Chemical plants, Petroleum and utility sectors and Roles and responsibility of Piping Engineer in various industry. Introduction on other departments in EPC Sector.

Chapter-2

Introduction of various 3D Softwares (PDMS /SP3D/E3D/Cadmatic/Cadworx)

​

Chapter-3

Introduction of PDMS,Project setup requirement,Hirerchy requirement,Tools and commands,Introduction to various Modules.

Chapter-4

Equipment Modeling:- Primitive and STD Method,Like Vessels, Tanks,Heat exchangers,Pumps.

​

Chapter-5

Piping Modeling:- Line modeling as per PID,Branch selection criteria as per PMS,Vendor drawings,Attribute mapping,Insulation mapping,Command list.

Chapter-6

Structure Modeling:-3D Modelling of Piperack,Plant Grid setting,Storage Building

​

Chapter-7

Report extraction. Training on Isodraft, Draft module.

​

Chapter-8

Live project DEMO session.

​

Chapter-9

Modeling test,Mock interview and final exam.
